Terms of Use for This Service
Last updated 2026.10.03
Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms set out the conditions of use and the rights and obligations between users and HYUNJUNG S&C (the “Operator”), which operates ZEKILO Dev (the “Service”).
Article 2 (Application)
- These terms apply to everyone who uses the Service. Please read them before using the Service.
- The handling of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy, and advertising by the Advertising Notice.
Article 3 (The Service)
- The Service provides developer tools, such as JSON formatting and validation, encoding and decoding, hash and identifier generation, regular expression testing, and time, number, and color conversion, together with related guides, free of charge.
- The Service can be used without signing up. What you type or paste into a tool is processed in your browser, and the Service does not send it to a server or store it. See How Zero Send Works for how processing works.
- The Operator may add or change tools and content, and may suspend or end all or part of the Service temporarily for reasons such as maintenance or outages.
Article 4 (Nature of results and scope of liability)
Results are for reference. Check that a result meets your requirements before you use it in production.
- The tools process input according to the standards and options shown on each page. Processing that relies on browser features, such as regular expressions and dates and time zones, may produce different results depending on the browser and its version.
- Decoding is not signature verification, and Base64 is not encryption. When you use the results of decoding, hashing, or generating tools for security purposes, read the notes on each tool page.
- Input and results are not stored by the Service, so the Operator cannot look them up or recover them. Please copy or download and keep any results you need.
- Matters outside the reach of the Service, such as what browser extensions or other programs installed on your device do, are described in How Zero Send Works.
- The Operator works to keep results accurate but does not warrant that a result is fit for a user’s particular purpose.
- The Operator is liable for damage caused to a user by the Operator’s intent or gross negligence.
- Where damage is caused to a user by the Operator’s slight negligence, the Operator is liable within the scope of the direct and ordinary damage actually incurred by the user.
Article 5 (Copyright)
- Copyright in the content of the Service, including its text, guides, design, logo, and programs, belongs to the Operator. Rights in external materials quoted with attribution belong to their respective owners. Rights in the open source software used by the Service belong to their respective owners, and the list is available on the Open Source Licenses page.
- You may freely use the results you produce with the Service. The Operator claims no rights in your input or results.
- Reproducing, distributing, transmitting, or modifying the content of the Service requires the Operator’s prior permission. Quoting with attribution is permitted to the extent allowed by copyright law.
Article 6 (Prohibited acts)
Users must not do any of the following.
- Interfering with the operation of the Service, for example by sending automated bulk requests that place an excessive load on it
- Copying the content or pages of the Service without permission and posting them elsewhere, or causing others to believe that such copies are provided by the Operator
- Clicking ads fraudulently, encouraging others to click ads, or generating ad impressions or clicks by automated means
- Exploiting security vulnerabilities in the Service, or inserting or distributing malicious code
- Impersonating the Operator or another person, or sending spam through the inquiry or error report channels
- Any other act that violates the law
Article 7 (External links and advertising)
- The Service may contain links to external sites for checking sources such as standards documents, links to the family sites (zekilo.com and studio.zekilo.com), and Google AdSense ads.
- The operators of external sites and the advertisers are responsible for the content of those sites and ads. Transactions made through ads take place between the user and the advertiser.
Article 8 (Changes to these terms)
- The Operator may change these terms when necessary, to the extent that doing so does not violate applicable law.
- When the terms change, the effective date, the changes, and the reasons are announced on this page from 7 days before the effective date. Changes that are unfavorable to users are announced from 30 days before the effective date.
- Users who do not agree to the changed terms may stop using the Service. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means the changed terms apply.
