Why we show ads
ZEKILO Dev offers every tool free of charge, with no sign-up and no usage fee. We plan to show ads after Google AdSense approves the site and to cover the cost of running the site with that revenue. No ads are shown before approval.
Advertising service
- ZEKILO Dev serves ads through Google AdSense by Google LLC. Ads start after Google approves the site.
- It uses the same Google AdSense publisher account as its family site ZEKILO (zekilo.com).
- Ads may be served by Google and by third-party ad vendors approved by Google. The operator does not decide the content of individual ads and does not endorse the advertised products or services.
- Transactions on sites reached through an ad take place between the user and the advertiser.
Placement rules
Ads are placed according to the following rules so that they do not get in the way of your work.
- No ads are placed inside the work card, which holds the input and output areas, the options, and the copy, download, and run buttons.
- On tool pages, ads appear only away from the work area: below the work card (with spacing), between the examples and the frequently asked questions, and in the sidebar on desktop screens.
- On the home page and guide pages, ads may appear between sections of the content.
- Ads are shown in an area set apart from the content, and each ad space carries an “Advertisement” label so that it is recognizable as an ad.
- The about page, the policy and information pages (Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, Advertising Notice, How Zero Send Works, Open Source Licenses), and the 404 page carry no advertising script.
- Auto ads and ads anchored to the bottom of the screen are not used in the AdSense settings.
- We do not use wording or placement that encourages ad clicks.
Personalized ads and cookies
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this site and to other websites.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visits to this site and other sites.
- What you type or paste into a tool is processed only in the browser, and the site does not pass it to the advertising script or to ad vendors.
How to turn off personalized ads
- You can turn off personalized ads in Google Ads Settings.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The tools keep working when cookies are blocked.
- Ads are still shown when personalized ads are turned off. They may then be based on the content of the page and similar signals.
- Even if you turn off personalized ads or block cookies, the information needed to load ads (such as the IP address and browser information) is sent to Google on pages that show ads. The site cannot block that transmission alone.
- How Google uses cookies in advertising is described in Advertising – Privacy & Terms – Google.
